These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of onexgames.com, the games playable on it, and the One X Drama showroom at drama.onexgames.com (together, the “Sites”), provided by One X Games LLC (“One X Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Sites you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Permission to use the Sites

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Sites and to play the browser games for personal entertainment. Nothing on the Sites is sold to you.

2. Browser games

Games playable here are provided free of charge and for personal use. Progress is stored in your own browser; it is not an account, it does not transfer between devices, and it is lost if you clear your browser’s site data. Scores, coins and in-game items have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for money.

3. One X Drama showroom

The One X Drama section is a business showroom for licensing. It exists so distributors, platforms and buyers can evaluate titles in our catalogue.

• Browsing the showroom, viewing a screener, or submitting a request grants you no licence, option, or right of any kind in any title.
• Any licence is granted only by a separate written agreement signed by One X Games.
• Screeners are made available for evaluation only. You must not download, copy, re-record, redistribute, publicly perform, or make any title available to third parties.
• Where we give you access to material that is not publicly listed, you agree to treat it as confidential and to use it solely to evaluate a possible licence.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, scrape, mirror, or redistribute the Sites, our games, or our catalogue;
• circumvent access controls, or attempt to reach content, systems or data you have not been given access to;
• use bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorised modifications;
• interfere with the operation of the Sites or with other users; or
• use the Sites for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Sites, our content, our users, or legal compliance.

5. Intellectual property

The Sites and their contents — software, artwork, audio, video, series, titles, designs, names and logos — are owned by or licensed to One X Games and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited permission described in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

6. Third-party platforms and links

Our mobile titles are distributed through app stores, and we link to third-party sites and profiles. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Availability and changes

The Sites may be updated, changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. Titles may be added to or removed from the catalogue. Features may be unavailable because of network conditions, device compatibility, maintenance, or third-party services. We do not guarantee that the Sites will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sites are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One X Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of data, saved progress, profits, goodwill or access to the Sites arising from or related to their use.

10. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it before using the Sites.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Sites, our operations, or legal requirements change. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
