This policy covers this website and the games you can play in your browser here. Our mobile games are distributed through app stores, and those platforms collect data under their own policies — see “Games on app stores” below.

Who we are

One X Games LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, with a UK office at 3rd Floor Office, 207 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH, UK. For anything about this policy, email [email protected].

What this website collects

Nothing automatically. This site has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share personal data.

If you contact us

The contact form does not submit to a server. It opens a message in your own email application with what you typed, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself. When you do, we receive your name, your email address and your message, and we use them only to reply.

Job applications sent to [email protected] are used only to consider you for the role.

Games you play in the browser

Game progress — levels, coins, settings — is written to your browser's own local storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser's site data deletes it permanently, and progress does not follow you to another browser or device.

Fonts

Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information when a page loads. We receive nothing from it. Google's handling of that request is covered by their own privacy policy.

Games on app stores

Our mobile titles are distributed through Google Play. Installs, purchases and any data those platforms collect are governed by the platform's privacy policy and by the permissions you grant the app, not by this page.

Links to other sites

We link to Google Play and to our profiles on Facebook, X/Twitter and LinkedIn. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for their content or their data practices.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it. Because this site stores nothing on our side, in most cases the only data we hold is an email you chose to send us.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
