One X Games LLC (“One X Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates onexgames.com, the games playable on it, and the One X Drama showroom at drama.onexgames.com (together, the “Sites”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use them.
Our mobile titles are distributed through app stores, which collect information under their own policies — see “Games on app stores” below.

2. Information we handle
Information you choose to send us
If you contact us, apply for a role, or request access to a drama screener, we receive your name, email address, any company or message details you include, and anything else you choose to provide. Our forms do not submit to a server: they open a message in your own email application, and nothing reaches us until you send it yourself.
Game and viewing progress
Games playable in your browser store progress — levels, coins, settings — in your browser’s own local storage on your device. The One X Drama showroom stores your saved list and any access requests you have made the same way. That data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and we cannot read it.
Information handled automatically
The Sites have no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and set no cookies of their own. As with any website, our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and maintain security.
3. How we use information
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Sites
- To reply to enquiries, licensing requests and job applications
- To provide screener access where we agree to grant it
- To investigate errors, abuse, fraud or security issues
- To meet legal obligations
4. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to use service providers that help us operate, host or secure the Sites; to comply with law, enforce our rights, protect users, or respond to lawful requests; or to support a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets, where permitted by law.
5. Third-party services
Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information when a page loads. We receive nothing from it, and Google’s handling is covered by its own policy.
We link to Google Play and to our profiles on Facebook, X/Twitter and LinkedIn. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for their content or data practices.
6. Games on app stores
Our mobile titles are distributed through Google Play and other stores. Installs, purchases and any data those platforms collect are governed by the platform’s privacy policy and by the permissions you grant the app, not by this page.
7. Data retention
Progress and preferences held in your browser remain until you clear your browser’s site data, and clearing it deletes them permanently. Messages you send us are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, or meet legal obligations.
8. Your choices and rights
You can clear local game or site storage at any time through your browser settings; doing so removes saved progress and lists. You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we will action it. Because the Sites store nothing on our side, in most cases the only data we hold is correspondence you chose to send us.
9. Children
The Sites are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information. No online service or storage method is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International processing
We operate from the United States and the United Kingdom, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, such transfers are made in line with applicable law.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Sites, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
